Why Hiredge exists

I'm Afeez Oyinloye, founder of Hiredge. I built this platform after watching internationally trained professionals, people with real qualifications and real experience, spend months applying to UK employers who were never in a position to sponsor them in the first place.

Sponsorship status is not visible on mainstream job boards. A job advert can look identical whether or not the employer behind it holds a Home Office sponsor licence. The only way to find out has been to search the official register by hand, employer by employer, and hope the name on the advert matches the name on the register.

Hiredge exists to remove that guesswork. We check sponsorship status against the official register before you invest time in an application, then help with the CV, cover letter and tracking that come next. It is a practical tool, not a promise. It will not get anyone a visa, and it does not claim to.

What Hiredge is, and what it is not

Hiredge is a verification and application tooling platform. We check whether a UK employer appears on the Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors, and we provide tools to tailor a CV and generate a cover letter or personal statement for a specific role.

Hiredge is not a job board. We do not create or own the job listings shown on the platform; they are sourced from third-party job data providers.

Nothing on this platform should be treated as legal or immigration advice, and a sponsor licence does not guarantee that any specific employer will sponsor you for any specific role.
