1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hiredge ("the Service"), operated by MacTech Global Ventures Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hiredge provides AI-powered tools to help job seekers generate cover letters, personal statements, and supporting statements, tailor CVs to job descriptions, and receive job alert emails filtered by various criteria including visa sponsorship status.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Hiredge's AI tools is provided as a starting point for your job applications. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any content before submitting it to employers
• Hiredge makes no guarantees about employment outcomes resulting from use of the Service
• You must not submit false or misleading information to employers

4. Visa Sponsorship Filter Disclaimer

The visa sponsorship filter cross-references employer names against the UK Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors as downloaded periodically by Hiredge. This feature is provided as a convenience tool only. Hiredge:

• Makes no guarantee that employers included in filtered alerts are currently licensed to sponsor
• Is not responsible for changes to employer sponsorship status between register sync cycles
• Recommends you always verify an employer's current sponsorship status directly before applying
• Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the sponsorship filter

5. Free Tier & Usage Limits

Free tier usage is limited to 3 cover letter generations and 1 CV tailor per day per device/fingerprint. Attempting to circumvent these limits using VPNs, multiple devices, or other means is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of access.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. The 7-day free trial requires no payment details. After the trial period ends, your account will revert to the free tier unless you add a payment method. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You must not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform
• You must not resell or redistribute Hiredge-generated content commercially

8. Intellectual Property

The Hiredge platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by MacTech Global Ventures Ltd. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to our right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacTech Global Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
